Refund and Returns Policy

Event/Experience Purchases

Your purchase of a Tenderfoot experience is refundable until 1 week prior to the event. Purchases made less than a week in advance of an event are not eligible for refunds.

Product Purchases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
