This two-day, one-night event is a collaboration with Appalachian Understories and includes inoculation workshops, guided hikes with mushroom experts, fungus forays, family programming, art-based workshops, camping, and more!

This is a space that is inclusive and encouraging for all folks to learn more about fungi and deepen their sense of place in Appalachian Ohio. Come to learn about mushrooms and stay for the friendship that quickly develops when playing in the woods – no matter your age!

Tenderfoot Learning Lab is a beautiful place that provides healthy habitats of mixed mesophytic forests. Throughout three miles of hiking trails, you can expect to see a variety of tree species, including pine, oaks, poplar, red maple, sassafras, beech, hemlocks, and sycamores. The Fall Fungi Festival provides an excellent display of a thriving Appalachian Ohio forest.

Three types of passes are available: Single day, Weekend, and Weekend with Camping.
Kids 12 and under are free!
