New in 2025, Tenderfoot’s facilities are available for rent for events & activities aligned with our sustainability mission. Facility rentals do not include any facilitated programming or meal support. If you’re looking for a guided or educational experience led by our staff, see our Tenderfoot Classic and Custom Experience offerings.
For overnight use, move-in is at 4 pm and move-out is at 12 pm the last day of the reservation. Check out our photo gallery for a closer look at our facilities.
LODGE
Day Use:
$200 for 8 hours
Overnight Use:
$600 per night
The lodge consists of a kitchen (cooking/serving equipment included), dining and living areas, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bunk rooms (2 doubles, 1 quad). Lodge rentals include use of our newly constructed 3-sided deck. The living area is stocked with board games, puzzles, coloring books, musical instruments, and books galore. The lodge sleeps 8 people and accommodates up to 16 for day-use-only groups.
OUTDOOR SPACES
Day Use:
$200 for 8 hours
Overnight Use:
$300 per night
Rental of Tenderfoot’s outdoor facilities includes camping for up to 10 tents/hammocks in our Hammock Garden (maximum 20 people), and access to:
-outdoor privy & outdoor shower
-outdoor classroom/pavilion
-community campfire ring
-pond for floating, swimming, kayaking, fishing
-a 1-mile loop trail
FULL PROPERTY
Day Use:
$400 for 8 hours
Overnight Use:
$900 per night
Full-property rentals include all indoor & outdoor spaces and amenities described above, plus 2 free bundles of firewood.
